Of the seven bids I received, Black Diamond Experts provided the most thorough and detailed proposal. From the start, I trusted Alan’s expertise. While their bid was slightly higher, I felt confident in the quality of service I would receive—and they did not disappoint. Bernie and Brad led the team with exceptional skill, especially given the challenges of our older home. Their work was incredibly clean, precise, and true to the original plans. They went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend!

Luis, Cory and Nate were all knowledgeable and did great work! Everyone made sure to wear protective shoe coverings which I truly appreciated since it was raining when they came to do the installation of our new softener. They were all friendly and worked quickly and quietly enough that I was able to work from home and take calls. I feel confident that the work was done well and that we will be happy with their services for a long time.

had my furnace installed with Black Diamond Experts today, and it was a wonderful experience. Wyatt Taylor and Justin Bahena were very patient with all my questions and did an excellent job performing the actual install. They also laid down tarps and put on shoe covers to protect my flooring. At the end, they took the time to explain everything to me regarding the pieces and how to change my filter. A truly wonderful experience all around!

Brent did an awesome job!! He had great communication skills!! He also did a great job replacing my toilet and kept my bathroom nice and clean during the process, I’ll be saving his info for future plumbing jobs!!

David did an extremely thorough maintenance of our furnace! He was very polite and friendly and even put on covers over his shoes to keep our floors clean. He also gave us great advice on getting better furnace filters. We could not have been any happier with is service!

Josh installed some sconces for me. Looking at installation videos on YouTube I was thinking perhaps I could do it myself but boy am I glad I didn’t. One of the boxes was broken and needed to be replaced, which would have been way above my pay grade and expertise! Josh was great. I was notified when he was on the way and he was here when he said he would be. He took a quick look, made an estimate, which I found to be fair and reasonable and got to work replacing the sconces right then. I was so pleased! During the install he found the said broken box but had everything he needed to make the additional repair then and there. He was respectful of our home, covering and recovering his work shoes each time he came in. Josh was quick, clean and very knowledgeable and the new sconces look perfect. Josh also asked if there were any other projects I might be looking to do now or in the future and when I said there were he found out what I was looking to do and set about taking some measurements and to send me an estimate. He also showed me some specials that Black Diamond were offering at this time, not just electrical but other types of services as well. I appreciated knowing that and one service in particular caught my attention. So, yes, Josh and Black Diamond certainly get a five-star service rating from me. Thanks, Josh.

Needed to install an EV 14-50 outlet for our house. Got in contact with multiple contractors but got the run around and high prices. Got an honest bid, they showed up on time for the estimate and installation. They were easy to communicate with and didn’t receive the hard push to fix everything in our house. We will use them again for any other services they offer. Thank you!
